Data protection

The internet offer allows personal data (e-mail address, name, address, etc.) to be provided on a voluntary basis. The Hotel Brunnerhof expressly states that it will not pass on such data to any third party.

Law no. 675/1996 governing “Privacy”

Pursuant to Art. 10 and 13 of Law no. 675 of 31 December 1996, as amended, governing the processing of personal data, users are informed that the data that they provide to the Hotel Brunnerhof will be administered and used by means of modern computer systems, including by employees or external collaborators of the Hotel Brunnerhof. Such use will be exclusively for the purposes of the mutually agreed contractual obligations, as well as for advertising purposes. The user is entitled to inspect, change, demand the deletion of or oppose the use of such data, subject to the existing contractual obligations.
